UPDATE: Siblings Also Tested Positive for Cocaine 

April 18, 2025 – Tulare County Sheriff’s Office officials report that on April 15, 2025, TCSO detectives were called to a home in Lindsay after a nine-month-old baby was tested positive for cocaine at a local hospital.

After retrieving the two other children from the home, detectives found that they also tested positive for cocaine.

29-year-old Ashley Flores and 32-year-old Casey Willbanks now face three counts of child endangerment, one count for each of the three children in the home.
