Nine-Month-Old Tested Positive for Cocaine 

April 16, 2025 – Tulare County Sheriff’s Office officials report that just before 5:00 a.m. on April 15, 2025, TCSO detectives were called to the residence in Lindsay after a 9-month-old, tested positive for cocaine at a local medical center. 

A Lindsay couple originally brought the 9-month-old to the ER for a high fever. 

After running several tests, the baby tested positive for cocaine and the authorities were notified. 

A search warrant was served on the couple's home, and narcotics were found.

29-year-old Ashley Flores and 32-year-old Casey Willbanks were placed under arrest for child endangerment and illicit narcotics. 

Child Welfare Services took possession of the nine-month-old child as well as two other children in the home.
