October 7, 2025 – San Luis Obispo County Sheriff's Office officials report that on September 13, 2025, the San Luis Obispo County Sheriff's Office began investigating a missing person report of a woman identified as Isabel Lucas Velasco of Coalinga.
Detectives have since seized two vehicles (pictured below) for evidence in relation to her disappearance. Law enforcement is seeking the public's assistance regarding any sightings or interactions with either of these two vehicles on the night of September 12, 2025, and / or the day of 9-14-2025 in the areas of Coalinga and Avenal. Detectives are specifically seeking witnesses in the area of Highway 198, west of Coalinga, for both of these dates who may have seen either of these two vehicles or captured them on surveillance cameras.
Isabel is described as 50 years old, 5'1", 145 lbs. (pictured). She was last known to be in San Luis Obispo County on September 12, 2025, and has ties to the City of Coalinga and the City of Visalia. The Sheriff's Office Detective Division is currently investigating Isabel's disappearance, under suspicious circumstances.
