September 25, 2025 – San Luis Obispo County Sheriff's Office officials report that on September 13, 2025, the San Luis Obispo County Sheriff's Office began investigating a missing person report of an adult female who was identified as Isabel Lucas Velasco of Coalinga, California.

Isabel is described as a 50-year-old female, approximately 5'01" and 145 lbs.

Isabel was last known to be in San Luis Obispo County on 9-12-25 and has ties to the City of Coalinga and the City of Visalia. The Sheriff's Office Detective Division is currently investigating Isabel's disappearance, under suspicious circumstances.
