Natural Environments is looking for team members! 

– Solar Installer – 

We are looking for a skilled solar installer to join our team. As a solar installer, you will be responsible for installing solar panels and their associated components on residential and commercial properties. You will work with a team of professionals to ensure installations are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality.

Pay $23 - $30 per hour depending on qualifications and related experience.

Responsibilities

  • Install solar panels and related components on both residential and commercial properties
  • Ensure all installations meet industry standards and safety regulations
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on installed systems
  • Communicate effectively with team members and clients
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area
  • Provide excellent customer service and support

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 2 years of experience installing solar systems*preferred
  • Knowledge of solar panel installation techniques and safety procedures
  • Ability to read and interpret technical documents and schematics
  • Strong problem-solving skills
    Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work at heights and in various weather conditions
  • Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation, company truck provided on large jobs
  • Vehicle maintenance and Fuel Reimbursement
  • Must provide own tools

Physical Demands

  • Ability to lift and carry up to 65 pounds
  • Ability to climb ladders and work at heights
  • Ability to work in various weather conditions
