St. Patrick's Day Elves to Light Up the Fairgrounds

February 19, 2019 - Get your green on and dance with the elves on Saturday, March 16 during the Second Annual Saint Patrick’s Day Celebration at the Mariposa Fairgrounds.

Doors open at 6:00 P.M. for a rollicking good time with dancing, a complete corned beef dinner, a full bar, including Irish Coffee, a cake auction with cakes prepared by local dignitaries, and much more. A free photo booth will be on hand to commemorate the evening and auction items include a whitewater rafting trip donated by Zephyr Whitewater.

Chef Bernadette will be preparing the traditional fare of potatoes, carrots, cabbage, and plenty of corned beef, along with lots of desert and free beverages. Meanwhile, over at the bar, guests can indulge in wines from Rauch Ranch Vineyard, beer from 1850, and a full bar, including Irish Coffee or some Baileys.

Everyone’s favorite DJ Mark Carpenter will be playing favorites throughout the evening, with requests always welcome. The dance floor will be open all night long.

At the end of the evening, a lucky person could go home with a pot of gold found at the end of the rainbow. Don’t miss your chance.

Last year tickets sold out a week in advance, so more tables have been added for this year. Tickets are $25 for adults, $15 for kids 6-12 years old, and 5 and under are free. Tickets are available online at Eventbrite.com. The Chamber of Commerce, Pony Expresso, or the Business Office at John C. Fremont Hospital.

Proceeds from the event benefit the John C. Fremont Hospital Foundation.
