CoyoteFest ParadeThe Mariposa County High School Band is also planning to participate in this year’s parade as is Mr. Stilts and all sorts of other organizations and groups.  The Coyote Hill band will be belting out great vibes from 10 a.m. until 1 p.m., with the Kick Start band taking over from then until 4 p.m.  Sonny & Cher as the LDP Line Dancers are also on the morning’s entertainment line-up.  Signups for the Coyote Howl Contest take place in the park, with the first contest getting underway at 12:45.  There’s cash prizes for both the Coyote Howl Contest and the Horseshoe Tournament and the Greely Hill School has garnered some awesome raffle prizes!

At 4 p.m. the Methodist church offers a great roast beef dinner just across the street from the park and then at 6 p.m. the VFW is open to the public with live entertainment performed by local musician Tony Howie.

There is no admission fee to the park or car show on Historic Main St. and there is ample free parking available.  Coulterville is located at the intersection of Highways 49 and 132.  Don’t miss out on this great day of free family fun!
