September 6, 2025 – The community preparations are underway for the famous "38th Annual Hornitos Flea Market", to be held at the Hornitos Park on Sunday, October 5th, 2025, from 7:00 A.M. to 3:00 P.M. Come meet with friends, shop for treasures and enjoy the unique culture of this annual event.
Enjoy a leisurely drive through the beautiful foothills, visit the local establishments, experience the rich history and atmosphere of the historic town.
Sponsored by the Hornitos Patrons Club, members are responsible for numerous projects and activities in Hornitos and Mariposa County. Monies are donated to the American Cancer Society, CASA, High School Graduation Scholarships, Field of Service, stove appliances, and fan for Stagg Hall, weed abatement of cemetery and jail, including improvements for church, Manna House, Mariposa High School Grad Night, Mariposa High School Student Loan, Monies donated to United Fund for Planada Merced Flood victims, back to school party including all supplies for children and the preservation of history in town of Hornitos with maps, plaques.

Vendor Details and Rules of the Market:
SPACE RENTAL INFORMATION
Vendor Behavior:
Vendors are reminded that this is a family friendly event.
Please be respectful at all times.
Dogs must be leashed at all times (MPA CO ORD 6.08.145).
No drugs or alcohol are allowed in the vendor areas.
Public intoxication is prohibited.
Law enforcement will be contacted to deal with violators.
Goods Allowed for Sale: Antiques, collectibles, handmade goods, or quality repurposed goods.
Rental Cost: $60.00 per space. Pay Online at www.hornitospatronsclub.org

Spaces will be reserved when payment has been received. The event will be held rain or shine.
NO REFUNDS. Space Size: 10 feet X 15 feet
Spaces will be assigned at the discretion of the Hornitos Patrons Club.
Specific space locations are NOT guaranteed and will be assigned upon receipt of application and payment.
Vendors are NOT allowed to sublet spaces.
HPC will NOT provide tables, chairs, electric cords, access to electricity, or any other items.
Flea Market Hours: Annually on the First Sunday in October, 7:00 A.M. – 3:00 P.M.
Vendors are required to be at their assigned space during flea market hours.
HPC IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY VENDOR PROPERTY LOST, STOLEN OR DAMAGED. Set-up Time: Saturday, 12:00 P.M. – 8:00 P.M. or Sunday, 5:00 A.M. – 6:30 A.M.
The park lights will remain on Saturday night, but NO security is provided.
HPC IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY VENDOR PROPERTY LOST, STOLEN OR DAMAGED.
All vehicles must be out of the sales area by 6:30 A.M. on Sunday.
Vendors are required to park in the St. Catherine’s Church Parking area to allow for customer parking.
Take-Down Time: Sunday, 3:00 P.M.
No vendors will be allowed to leave before 3:00 P.M. on Sunday.
The park gates will remain locked until 3:00 P.M.
HPC does not provide trash removal or dumpsters for the event.
Space shall be cleared and free from all debris and trash.
Vendors are required to take all of their property and trash when they leave the area.
FOOD VENDOR INFORMATION
Food Vendors are responsible for contacting the Mariposa Health Department at (209) 966-2220 to acquire mandatory permits prior to coming to the flea market.
Food vendors must observe all of the HPC rules to participate in the flea market.
Vendor space shall be cleared and free from debris and trash prior to leaving.
Any vendor who breaks any of the above rules will not be allowed to return next year. We reserve the right to refuse any vendor application.
