February 16, 2023 – The Riverside County Sheriff’s Office reported that on Tuesday, February 14, 2023, at 3:32 P.M., deputies from the Perris Station responded to a past burglary call at a RCSO Rams ringlocal business in the 400 block of East 4th Street, in the city of Perris. The surveillance video showed the burglary occurred on Saturday, February 11, 2023, at 4:55 A.M. when a black male adult entered the business through the roof.

The suspect took several items including a replica LA Rams Superbowl ring and toolbox and fled the scene. On Wednesday, February 15, 2023, 1504 hours, deputies were driving near 4th Street x C Street, in Perris when they recognized a subject, identified as David Millner Jr., who had an outstanding felony warrant for weapons. They contacted Millner Jr. and took him into custody. Deputies were briefed on the circumstances of the burglary and the suspect description from the video surveillance. Millner Jr. matched the description and was wearing the same color and design shoes.

Millner Jr was interviewed by the Perris Station Robbery Burglary Suppression Team and some of the property stolen in the burglary was recovered from Millner Jr.’s person. Millner Jr. was transported and booked into jail for 459 PC- Burglary and his felony warrants. This investigation is on-going.
