June 4, 2023 - Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department officials report that the Missing Persons Unit is asking for the public’s help in locating At-Risk Missing Person, Von Earlsal Cowan. He is a 60-year-old Black male who was last seen on June 2, 2023, at 7:30 p.m., on the 12200 La Mirada Blvd., in the city of La Mirada. Mr. Cowan left a convalescent hospital on foot.

Mr. Cowan is 5’07”, 185 lbs. with brown eyes, and bald. He was last seen wearing a dark long-sleeved shirt and brown pants.

Mr. Cowan suffers from a medical history of heart and kidney failure, and high blood pressure. There is a concern for Mr. Cowan’s well-being because of his medical history and condition.
