July 9, 2023 - Los Angeles Police Department officials report that detectives from the Department’s Operations-Central Bureau Family Justice Center have identified and spoken with 16 additional victims and believe there are more. Hawkins generally met his victims on various social media platforms. A photograph of Hawkins was released to identify and speak with additional persons who have been victimized by Hawkins.

Los Angeles: Detectives from Operations-Central Bureau Family Justice Center have arrested a “Serial” domestic violence, sexual assault suspect, and are seeking to identify additional victims.
On April 26, 2023, 41-year-old Terrance Hawkins, was arrested in Downtown Los Angeles. He is a resident of Los Angeles and was booked on a no bail warrant on multiple counts of forcible rape, intimate partner violence, and stalking (Booking No. 6593579). Hawkins has a long history of briefly dating women, abusing them, and filming them during sexual intercourse. Detectives believe there are additional unidentified victims and are looking to speak with them.
This is an on-going investigation and there is a collaborative effort by Detectives from the Los Angeles Police Department’s Operations-Central Bureau, Family Justice Center, and the Los Angeles County District Attorney’s Office of Family Violence. A photograph of Hawkins is being released to identify and speak with additional persons who have been victimized by Hawkins.
