August 7, 2023 - San Diego Police Department officials report that on Northern Division’s Crime Suppression Team tried to make a traffic stop on a car for a vehicle code violation. The car didn’t stop and committed multiple other moving violations while in a short pursuit.

To their surprise, four juveniles were in the car and taken into custody without incident. During their investigation, they found a bag containing a ghost gun, three knives, and some marijuana. All four juveniles could control the firearm at any point during the short pursuit. They were all charged with possession of a firearm and were released to their parents.
