Fatal Boating Collision 

September 12, 2023 – Riverside County Sheriff's Office officials report that on September 10, 2023, approximately 6:56 p.m., deputies were notified of a medical emergency at a boat ramp, located in the 32000 block of Riverside Drive, in the city of Lake Elsinore. Deputies were informed a male was riding a jet ski on the lake with a family friend when they were involved in a collision. The family friend brought the male to the boat launch for medical attention. While at the boat launch the subject suffered a medical emergency and Cal Fire responded.

Cal Fire performed life saving measures and the subject was transported to the hospital where he was pronounced deceased. Names are being withheld pending Coroner notification.
