September 16, 2023 - Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department officials report that the Missing Persons Unit is asking for the public’s help locating At-Risk Missing Person, Vincent Chavez Manuel. Mr. Manuel was last seen on Friday, September 15, 2023, at 8:54 a.m., on the 19800 block of Larbert Street, in the city of Canyon Country.

Vincent is described as a 56-year-old male Hispanic adult, 5’10”, 180 lbs., bald, with brown eyes, a goatee, and a tattoo of barbed wire on his right bicep. He was last seen wearing a blue jacket and black shorts.

Vincent’s family is concerned for his well-being and are asking for the public’s help.
