Camarillo Prowling and Peeking Arrest
October 26, 2023 - Ventura County Sheriff's Office officials report that a Camarillo resident was arrested for two violations of peeking into local residences.
On October 15, 2023, at approximately 11:15 p.m., Camarillo patrol deputies were dispatched to the 2400 block of Pickwick Drive reference a reported peeking. The victim noticed a Hispanic male suspect with a beard peering into the window of their residence. Deputies responded quickly and checked the area but were unable to locate the suspect.
Four days later, on October 19, 2023, at approximately 9:26 p.m., a resident in the 2500 block of Hartnell Street reported seeing a suspect peering into the window of their residence. The suspect was a Hispanic male with a beard. Deputies responded to the area and searched for the suspect but were unable to locate him.
Deputies acquired evidence from both incidents. Detectives with the Camarillo Investigations Bureau confirmed both crimes were committed by the same suspect.
The following day, on October 20, 2023, deputies received information that the same suspect from these incidents was again in the area of 2400 Pickwick Drive. They responded to the area and detained the suspect who was identified as Camarillo resident Felix Antonio Seas-Laguna. During the subsequent investigation, deputies recovered additional evidence linking Seas-Laguna to the crimes.
Seas-Laguna was arrested for two violations of Prowling and Peeking. He was booked at the Pre-Trial Detention Facility. Seas-Laguna was released on a promise to appear at his next court date which is scheduled for December 19, 2023.
