October 26, 2023 - San Diego Police Department officials report that officers responded to a situation on 163 at Robinson's where a loose dog created quite a scene, leading to a traffic hazard and attracting a crowd of onlookers.
We want to give a special thanks to Christina, the good Samaritan pictured (below) in the blue T-shirt, who stepped up to assist and safely secure the dog.
Good news! The dog wasn't injured and had a microchip! He was reunited with his family, who were incredibly thankful for Christina!
This incident highlights the importance of microchipping our pets. If you haven't already, please consider getting your pets microchipped. It can be invaluable in reuniting lost pets with their families.
