Update - Found 10/28/23 

October 28, 2023 - Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department officials report that Palmdale Station detectives are asking for the public’s help locating At-Risk Missing Juvenile, Jobari Douglas aka “Noelle.” Jobari was last seen on Wednesday, October 25, 2023, at 3:37 p.m., near the 2100 block of East Avenue R in the city of Palmdale.

Jobari is described as a 15-year-old male Black juvenile, 5’00”, 130 lbs., with black braided hair, brown eyes, and a beard.

Jobari suffers from severe autism. There is concern for his well-being.
