Missing at-risk person, Minqiang He, a resident of Los Angeles County, was last seen on October 27, 2023, at 10:00 a.m. on the 8900 block of Emperor Ave. in the city of San Gabriel, and his probable destination is the 1400 block of San Gabriel Blvd. in San Gabriel.

Missing Person Minqiang has high blood pressure, and his family is very concerned for his well-being. Any information, please contact the Sheriff’s Homicide Bureau, Missing Persons Detail.
