Residential Burglary 

October 29, 2023 - Riverside County Sheriff's Department officials report that on Saturday, October 28, 2023, at 7:15 a.m., deputies riverside county sheriff logoassigned to the Lake Elsinore Sheriff’s Station responded to a residential burglary. While responding to the location, dispatch advised two subjects were seen with bolt cutters forcing entry into the residence.

Deputies, along with Riverside County Sheriff’s Special Enforcement K9 team, quickly arrived and set up a perimeter around the residence. Two subjects, 29-year-old Jose Carrillo and 31-year-old Frank Garcia, both residents of Lake Elsinore, were located hiding in the garage and detained without further incident. Both Jose Carillo and Frank Garcia were arrested and booked into the Cois Byrd Detention Center for residential burglary and conspiracy.
