November 19, 2023 - Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department officials report that the Missing Persons Unit investigators are asking for the public’s help locating At-Risk Missing Person Fidel Celestino Hernandez. He is a 61-year-old male Hispanic who was last seen on November 18, 2023, at 10:30 a.m. on the 8800 block of Whittier Boulevard in the city of Pico Rivera.

Fidel is 5’08” tall, 203 lbs., with short, combed back gray/black hair with hazel eyes, mustache, and a tattoo of “ELISA” on left shoulder.  He was last seen wearing a black leather jacket, gray cargo shorts, and black boots.

Mr. Hernandez has diminished mental capacity and requires medication.

His family is concerned with his well-being and is asking for the public’s help.
