November 23, 2023 - Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department officials report that the Missing Persons Unit investigators are asking for the public’s help locating Missing Person Rafael Santillan. He is a 42-year-old male Hispanic who was last seen on October 19, 2023, at 4:00 p.m. in the city of South Gate.
Rafael is 5’11” tall, 225 lbs., black hair, hazel eyes, and tattoo of “Santillan” on his back. He was last seen wearing a light blue long-sleeved shirt and black sweats.
Rafael has a possible destination of East 2nd Street and South Central Avenue in Los Angeles.
His family is concerned with his well-being and is asking for the public’s help.
