On November 14, 2023, around 10:00 p.m., the suspect vehicle, described as a black 2015 or newer, 4-door Infiniti with tinted windows, was  traveling at a high rate of speed southbound on Arlington Avenue when it collided with a 25-year-old male pedestrian and 24-year-old female pedestrian who were crossing the street eastbound on Arlington Avenue, north of Venice Boulevard.
