November 29, 2023 - Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department officials report that the Missing Persons Unit investigators are asking for the public’s help locating at-risk Missing Person, David Rudolph Delrio. He is an 86-year-old male Hispanic who was last seen on November 27, 2023, at 4:30 p.m., on the 1100 block of Remer Street, in the city of South El Monte.

Missing person, David Delrio is 5’11” tall, 170 lbs. with white hair and brown eyes. He was last seen wearing a blue shirt, pants, and black dress shoes. He may be driving a 2006 gray Chevrolet Impala, CA license plate #5WGX080.

Missing person, David Delrio is diagnosed with dementia and diabetes, and he is insulin dependent. His family is concerned for his well-being and is asking for the public's help.
