Hidden But Found
November 29, 2023 – San Bernardino Police Department officials report that officers conducted a proactive patrol in the area of 10th Street and Pershing Avenue in an effort to combat violent crime. Officers elected to check an occupied vehicle, which led to the driver and passenger being detained. Both were found to have prior arrests for weapons-related charges.
Through further investigation, a loaded, unregistered Glock handgun was located, hidden in the rear of the center console. A large sum of money was also recovered. The driver was arrested on felony charges.
