December 5, 2023 - San Bernardino Police Department officials report that just after 9:00 a.m. an officer in training conducted a traffic stop in the area of 5th and 'H' Streets and learned the vehicle was reported stolen. The driver was arrested, and the female passenger was detained.
Through further investigation the driver was on parole and the passenger had a warrant. Officers also located a small amount of drugs inside the vehicle. The vehicle was recovered.
