Good Observation 

December 11, 2023 - San Bernardino Police Department officials report that recently, Western DRO’s conducted proactive neighborhood patrols in the areas of Garner Ave. and Victoria Street. They performed a traffic stop on a vehicle, and upon contacting the driver, they noticed a short-barreled rifle in plain view. The driver was detained without incident and was determined to be unlicensed.

The firearm was found loaded with a high-capacity magazine and was unregistered. The driver had previous firearms-related arrests and was booked for multiple felony charges.
