Unidentified Man Slain in Harvard Park 

December 12, 2023 - Harvard Park - Los Angeles Police Department officials report that the LAPD’s South Bureau Homicide LAPD logodetectives are seeking the public’s assistance in identifying the suspect responsible for the shooting death of a man.

On Sunday, December 10, 2023, around 11:20 p.m., 77th area patrol officers responded to a radio call of a “Shooting” in the 1500 block of West 71st Street.

When officers arrived to the area of the call, they found a male victim on the sidewalk suffering from multiple gunshot wounds. LAFD paramedics responded and pronounced the victim deceased at the scene. Detectives are working with the County of Los Angeles Coroner’s Office to identify the victim who has been described as a male, African American, approximately 30-40 years of age.
