December 12, 2023 – Los Angeles Police Department officials report that on December 2, 2023, around 3:50 p.m., the suspect LAPD logoentered a retail store in the 3600 block of Sunset Boulevard. The suspect threatened an employee with a knife while stealing merchandise.

On December 5, 2023, around 4:25 p.m., the same suspect punched another employee, knocking him unconscious while stealing merchandise at the same store.

On December 7, 2023, a store employee observed the same suspect enter the store and notified the Los Angeles Police Department. Rampart patrol officers responded and detained the suspect inside the store without incident. The suspect was positively identified by the store employee(s) as the person who committed the previous crimes.

The suspect identified as 31-years-old; Tim Foreman was booked for 211PC – Robbery under booking number 6722741.
