January 5, 2024 - San Bernardino Police Department officials report that recently, officers attempted to conduct a traffic stop on a vehicle near Varsity and College Avenues. The driver failed to yield, leading officers on a vehicle pursuit.

At the end of the pursuit, the driver came to a stop, got out of the car, and became hostile with officers. As additional officers arrived, he fled on foot, now leading officers on a foot pursuit. Eventually, he was taken into custody on a felony charge.
