January 7, 2024 - San Bernardino Police Department officials report that officers conducted a vehicle check on a parked sedan at 9th Street at Garner Avenue.
From a records check, they learned it was stolen and realized someone was lying down in the back seat. He was ultimately arrested for Grand Theft Auto and had a no-bail warrant for GTA. The vehicle was recovered.
