January 14, 2024 - San Diego Police Department officials report that they are actively working to identify a man involved in a disturbing incident that occurred on December 28th in the 5700 block of Dorothy Drive. The suspect was reportedly seen watching women from a backyard window. In a concerning turn of events, he picked up and examined a Ring security camera located in the yard. When confronted by the victims, the suspect fled on foot. Notably, he appeared to be carrying his shoes, suggesting he might have been barefoot during the incident.
The suspect is described as a male in his 30s or 40s, with a shaved head and a beard. He has a muscular build and is noted to have a tattoo on his left forearm. There's also a possibility he was wearing stud earrings. Adding to the urgency, this individual was also seen peering through a neighbor’s window the night before.
