January 17, 2024 - Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department Missing Persons Unit investigators are asking for the public’s help locating At Risk Missing Person Patrick Joseph Hall. He is a 71-year-old male White who was last seen on a sailboat W43 (gray dingy boat) near Avalon, on Saturday, January 6, 2024.     

Hall is 6’0” tall, 175 lbs., with gray hair and green eyes.

His loved ones are concerned for his well-being as there was a recent storm and ask for your help.
