January 18, 2024 - Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department officials report that they are asking for the public’s help locating At-Risk Missing Juvenile, Loriyael Carter. She is a 16-year-old female Black, who was last seen on the 1000 block of W Avenue J13, in the city of Lancaster on Wednesday, January 18, 2024, at 5:00 p.m.

Loriyael is 5’06”, 122 lbs. with brown eyes, half blonde, and half blue hair, piercing on left nostril, has a scar on right wrist. She was last seen wearing a black shirt, yellow pants, white shoes, and a lot of earrings.

Miss Carter suffers from anxiety.

There is concern for her well-being.
