January 19, 2024 - Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department officials report that they are asking for the public’s help locating Missing Person, Philip Joseph Frank. Mr. Frank was last seen on Wednesday, January 17, 2024, at 3:50 p.m. on the 1100 block of East Turmont Street in the city of Carson.

Philip is described as a 33-year-old male Hispanic adult, 5’08”, 160 lbs., with black/balding hair and brown eyes. He was last seen wearing a blue hoodie, blue jeans, and black sneakers.

Mr. Frank’s family is concerned for his well-being and ask for the public’s help.
