January 19, 2024 - Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department officials report that they are asking for the public’s help locating At-Risk Missing Person, Sarath Oem was last seen on Thursday, January 18, 2024, on the 12100 block of Cyclops Street in the city of Norwalk.

Sarath is described as a 66-year-old male Cambodian adult, 5’07”, 140 lbs., with grey hair and brown eyes. He was last seen wearing a black long-sleeved shirt and khaki shorts.

Sarath suffers from dementia and high blood pressure.

Mr. Oem’s family is concerned for his well-being as he is medication dependent and asking for the public’s help.
