Detectives Conducting a Homicide Investigation in Lake Arrowhead
May 16, 2024 – San Bernardino County Sheriff’s Department officials report that on Tuesday, May 14, 2024, at approximately 7:01 a.m., Twin Peaks Station 
deputies responded to a medical aid call for service on the 28000 block of Lakes Edge Road, in Lake Arrowhead. Upon arrival, deputies located a deceased male adult.
The death appeared suspicious in nature and the Sheriff’s Specialized Investigations Division – Homicide Detail responded and assumed the investigation. Through investigation, Homicide detectives learned the victim had an altercation with suspect Sui Tin Thang.
Investigators contacted and detained Thang during the course of the investigation. Thang was arrested and booked in at the West Valley Detention Center for PC 187 - Murder.
