Murder Suspect Charged with an Additional Murder
May 21, 2024 – Ventura County Sheriff's Office officials report that the Sheriff’s Major Crimes Investigators arrested Rotherie Foster, 
for the 2022 murder of Bill Levy. Foster is currently incarcerated in the Ventura County Jail on a separate murder case. This was a joint investigation between the Ventura County Sheriff’s Office, Los Angeles Police Department, and the Ventura County District Attorney’s Office Bureau of Investigation.
A joint news conference will be held on Wednesday, May 22, 2024, at 10:00 a.m. inside the District Attorney’s Office. Credentialed media can gather outside the District Attorney’s Office on the third floor of the Ventura County Government Center, Hall of Justice to be escorted to the media room.
