June 13, 2024 – Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department officials report that Homicide Detectives from the Sheriff’s Department are seeking assistance with information regarding the murder of Robert Abdelkader.

On Friday June 7, 2024, at approximately 7:45 P.M., Robert Abdelkader, a 28-year-old, was shot and killed on the 800 block of E Greenleaf Blvd., in the City of Compton. Several other victims were also shot.

Detectives are seeking the public’s assistance in locating the suspect(s) and asking anyone with information to contact the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department Homicide Bureau at (323) 890-5500, or contact Crime Stoppers to remain anonymous.
