August 2, 2024 - Riverside County Sheriff's Department officials report on Thursday, August 1, 2024, between 8:00 a.m. and 4:30 p.m., deputies and sworn officers from various enforcement teams came together to conduct a Registered Sex Offender Parole/Probation Compliance Check throughout the Perris Sheriff Station’s jurisdiction at 23 different locations involving 40 different sex offender registrants. The purpose of this Registered Sex Offender Parole/Probation Compliance Check was to ensure these individuals were in compliance with state laws and applicable conditions set forth in the terms of their parole and probation. A total of 19 arrests were made (nine arrest warrants, four parole violations, three probation violations, a 290 Penal Code violation for failure to register as a sex offender, a Health and Safety violation for 0.1 grams of fentanyl and three M30 pills, and a DUI. The following individuals were arrested:

• Ural Gamble, 30 years old - Parole Violation
• Adam Britto, 48 years old - Failing to Register as Sex Registrant
• Jamel Bell, 47 years old - DUI arrest Warrant
• Cristian Gutierrez, 23 years old - Parole Violation Warrant
• Robert Izarraraz, 45 years old - Parole Violation Warrant and Drug possession
• Stephen Glore, 53 years old - Probation Violation and Drug possession
• Vincent Romero, 47 years old - Drug possession Warrant
• Joe Shannon, 63 years old - Drug possession & Theft Warrant
• Pierre Bolden, 57 years old - Probation Violation and Drug possession
• Claudia Elias, 45 years old - Driving Under the Influence
• Princeton Wade, 26 years old - Probation Violation
• Arnold Marchan, 28 years old - Drug possession
• Carlos Alvarez, 33 years old - DUI and Drug possession Warrant
• Esteban Alvarado, 31 years old - Parole Violation
• Luis Jaime Ochoa, 27 years old - Drug possession Warrant
• Lester Ixmay, 35 years old - Domestic Violence Warrant
• Richard Rodriguez, 25 years old - Parole Violation
• Andrew Sanchez, 46 years old - Parole Violation
• Nakemera Johnson, 38 years old - Contempt of Court Warrant
