August 3, 2024 – San Diego Police Department officials report that they need your help finding Federico 
Barragan.
Federico is considered missing at risk. Federico was last seen on August 2nd, 2024, around 3:50 a.m. on foot near the 1400 block of Grand Avenue, San Diego. (Pacific Beach).
Federico is described as an 84-year-old Hispanic male, 5’2” tall, 145 pounds with white hair, brown eyes, and a white goatee. Federico’s clothing attire is unknown, and he was last seen walking with a cane.
