Dangerous Activities
August 8, 2024 – San Bernardino Police Department officials report that in late July, officers were dispatched to the areas of W. 48th and N. Orange Streets regarding a man threatening another person with a firearm. Officers located the suspect, who, directly after the initial contact, fled on foot, leading officers on a brief foot pursuit.
The suspect was quickly apprehended and arrested. He was found to be a felon in possession of a firearm and had a warrant out for his arrest.
