Two People Killed in South Los Angeles Shooting 

August 22, 2024 – Los Angeles, CA – Los Angeles Police Department officials report that the South Bureau Homicide LAPD logodetectives are asking for the public’s help in identifying the suspect(s) responsible for the shooting death of two victims.

On Tuesday, August 20, 2024, around 9:50 p.m., Southeast Area patrol officers responded to an Assault with a Deadly Weapon shooting radio call in the 8600 block of South Figueroa Street.

When the officers arrived, they located two shooting victims, a 39-year-old male and a 28-year-old male, inside the business. Both victims suffered multiple gunshot wounds.

The Los Angeles City Fire Department responded to the crime scene and pronounced both victims deceased at the scene.
