Missing Person under Suspicious Circumstances – Seeking Public Assistance 

August 28, 2024 – Riverside County Sheriff's Office officials report that in September of 2022, family members of Danielle Rico reported her missing to the Riverside County Sheriff’s Office. Rico was last seen on August 21, 2022, in the Hemet area.

The missing person investigation was originally investigated by investigators from the Hemet Sheriff’s Station. After extensive investigation, Hemet Sheriff Station investigators determined Rico’s disappearance to be suspicious in nature and, based on the information obtained, the Riverside County Sheriff’s Central Homicide Unit was requested to assume the investigation.

Central Homicide Unit investigators have continued to investigate this case and Rico remains missing and the circumstances surrounding her disappearance are still unknown and suspicious. Investigators are seeking the public’s assistance with this investigation.
