Missing Person At-Risk
September 5, 2024 – San Diego Police Department officials report that they can use your help!! On September 3rd, 2024, Lance Montgomery was reported missing by his family. He was last seen in the area of 1100 Front Street in downtown San Diego around 1:30 P.M. Lance is considered At Risk.
He is described as a 56-year-old White male with gray hair, blue eyes with a gray beard, standing approximately 6’0 tall and weighing approximately 200 lbs. He was last seen wearing a dark blue Hurley tank top (shown in photos), brown pants, and blue and black Vans shoes.
