Update 10:00 A.M. - Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department officials report Mr. Santiago has been located.

September 13, 2024 – Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department officials report that the Missing Persons Unit is asking for the public’s help locating At Risk Missing Person, Rolando Sangver Santiago. Mr. Santiago was last seen on September 12, 2024, on the 2500 block of W Norberry Street in the city of Lancaster.

Rolando is described as a 70-year-old Filipino male adult, 5’04”, 140 lbs., with short grey hair, brown eyes and beard. He was last seen wearing a blue hat, white tank top, blue jeans, brown belt and boots.

Mr. Santiago requires medication and his family is concerned for his well-being. He has a possible destination of 1759 W Avenue J-12 in the city of Lancaster.
