September 26, 2024 – Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department officials report that the Missing Persons Detail is asking for the public’s help locating Missing Person, Kelvin Nilsseen Lara.

Mr. Lara was last seen on Sunday, September 22, 2024, at 11:10 p.m., near the intersection of Washington Boulevard and Crossway Drive in the city of Pico Rivera.

Kelvin is described as a 33-year-old Hispanic male adult, 5’07”, 180 lbs., with short brown hair and brown eyes. He was last seen wearing black pants and a black jacket.

Mr. Lara’s family are concerned for his well-being as he has been diagnosed with a mental disability.
