October 4, 2024 – Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department officials report that Homicide Detectives are Seeking Assistance Locating Victim Estevan Mejia's Vehicle a silver 2006 Toyota Corolla, with plate number 5VSW902, Last Seen in South El Monte

On Tuesday, October 1, 2024, Victim Estevan Mejia, MH/34, was found shot to death on the 300 block of Durfee Ave., in the city of South El Monte.

Detectives are seeking the public’s assistance in locating the victim’s vehicle, pictured below, and asking anyone with information to please contact LASD Homicide Sgt. Joseph Iberri or Det. Amber Montenegro at (323) 890-5500.
