Homicide Investigation
October 11, 2024 – Riverside County Sheriff’s Office officials report that on Thursday, October 10, 2024, at 6:27 a.m., deputies from the Jurupa Valley Sheriff’s Station responded to the 6300 block of Baldwin Avenue after receiving a report of an assault with a deadly weapon. Deputies arrived in the area and located a male adult on the ground suffering from significant injuries. Medical first responders arrived and treated the victim; however, the victim succumbed to his injuries at the scene.
The Riverside Sheriff’s Central Homicide Unit responded and assumed the investigation. The victim’s identity is being withheld pending notification of the next of kin. As of now, no arrests have been made and this investigation is ongoing with further follow-up is being conducted. No additional details are available for release at this time.
