El Monte Police Department Officers responded to the location regarding a shots fired call. Upon arrival, officers were flagged down and directed inside of the business regarding a gunshot victim. Officers entered the sports bar and found the victim lying on the ground with apparent gunshot wounds.
The victim was pronounced dead at the scene.
Investigators confirmed a second gunshot victim was transported to a local hospital prior to the arrival of officers. The female Hispanic adult victim was listed in stable condition.
Witnesses stated a third gunshot victim left the scene and investigators are currently attempting to locate the female adult.
The investigation is ongoing. There is no additional information available at this time.
