Missing 61-Year-Old Female 

October 21, 2024 – Los Angeles, CA – Los Angeles Police Department officials report that the family and friends of Bernice Taylor, along with the LAPD missing TaylorLos Angeles Police Department, are urgently seeking the public’s help in locating her.

Ms. Taylor was last known to be in an assisted living facility in Sylmar in the San Fernando Valley. The location has since closed, and the family does not know where Ms. Taylor was placed.

The Los Angeles Police Department’s Missing Persons Unit has searched extensively and has been unable to locate Ms. Taylor. It is believed she is living in a board and care facility somewhere in the Southern California Region.

She is described as a Black female, standing 5 feet 9 inches tall and weighing approximately 165 pounds. Ms. Taylor has black hair and brown eyes. She has a tattoo of a name on her chest and on her inner right arm, and initials “AA KA BA JA” on her ankle.
